All internet package subscriptions and activation charges paid to AJS Network are non-refundable. Once a package is activated, the amount cannot be refunded or transferred. In case of any technical failure from our end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, compensation or service extension will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
